Santiago, Chile: Presidential hopeful Marco Enriquez-Ominami meets supporters in downtown Santiago during an event on June 18, 2009, to collect the 36,000 signatures required to officially register his candidacy. Ominami currently holds third place (13 percent) in the presdential race, according to an opinion poll released by the Centro de Estudios Politicos (CEP).
